Information about Visiting our Highlands
We truly love that so many people love our Highland Cows and want to interact with them. At this time we do not allow guests to go inside our fenced in area with our girls. They are continuing to grow, and unfortunately do not know their size at times! For the safety of our guests we have you interact with them through their fence. They are super friendly and forget that they have horns and are over 500lbs! Don't forget they are cows, even though they act like big dogs.
They are very friendly and will come right up to the fence to get pets and treats (provided by us) during our Agritourism Events (Private Farm Events, Farm Tours, Fall Fest, and Coleman's Countdown to Christmas).
Coming in July (Fingers Crossed) we will have our very own BABY HIGHLANDS! We have started our Breeding process via IVF and using Dairy Cows as our surrogates. With that being said, we will be able to have guests directly interact with our new babies!

Our Story
We are Andrew and Shaina the owners of A & S Highlands, which include Darcy, Daphne, Darla, and Wilie. We have both been wanting Highland cows for a couple years now and we are finally on this journey together in July 2023.
Little bit about us, we met at Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. Andrew graduated with his Bachelors in Agribusiness and continues to farm. He is the co-owner of Coleman Hay Farms with his brother, along with running his own Contracting business. Shaina graduated with her Bachelors in Animal Science, graduated in May 2024 with her MBA. Shaina currently works for Merck as well as working as a Veterinary Office part-time.
We are huge animal lovers. We have Darcy, Daphne, Darla and Willie the Scottish Highlands, Nellie, Millie, Fae, and Fiona the Nigerian Dwarf Goats, and our 3 dogs Harley, Georgia, and Dallas. Outside of being at the farm, we both enjoy spending time with friends and family, camping, boating, riding and traveling.
