Private Event - Offered throughout the Month!
This is a personalized, small-group experience focused on spending quality time with our Highland Cows. It’s a private visit just for your group—perfect for families, couples, or anyone who wants one-on-one time with our fuzzy friends.
📅 Availability: Select Saturdays & Sundays + Select weeknights-We open new dates on the 1st of each month for the following month!
What to Expect:
- A guided meet-and-greet with our friendly Highland cows
- Plenty of photo opportunities
- Learn fun facts and get to know each cow's personality
Visit Details:
- Duration: 45–60 minutes
- Location: Coleman Hay Farms
- Booking: Use our booking link below!
- Group Sizes: Ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups (larger groups by request.)

30-Minute Sessions | Limited Spots
Get ready for the fluffiest meet-and-greet of the season! This is your chance to get up close and personal with our adorable baby Highland calf during a relaxed 30-minute session.
These short visits are designed to keep things gentle and calm — both for you and our little Highland, who will be getting used to the big wide world. Your presence will help us gently socialize them and make them comfortable around friendly faces.
What to Expect:
- Meet our brand-new Highland calf
- Learn a little about the breed and how we care for them
- Cuddling and photo opportunities
- A relaxing one of a kind experience — perfect for families and animal lovers

Our Story
About Us
Welcome to A & S Highlands! We’re Andrew and Shaina Coleman, the proud owners and the caretakers of our beloved Highland cows: Darcy, Daphne, Darla, Dolly and Willie.
Our journey into the world of Highland cattle began in July 2023, but it’s a dream we’ve both shared for years. As animal lovers, we’re beyond excited to finally bring this vision to life and share it with you.
A bit about us:
- Andrew: A Delaware Valley University graduate with a degree in Agribusiness, Andrew is deeply rooted in farming. He’s the co-owner of Coleman Hay Farms alongside his brother, and also runs his own contracting business.
- Shaina: With a Bachelor’s in Animal Science and an MBA in business both from Delaware Valley University, Shaina has a strong background in both the animal industry and business. She works full-time for Merck, while also lending her expertise as a part-time Veterinary Manager and Vet Assistant.
Beyond the farm, we’re passionate about our growing family of animals:
- Highland Cows: Darcy, Daphne, Darla, Dolly and Willie
- Nigerian Dwarf Goats: Nellie, Millie, Fae, and Fiona
- Our Dogs: Harley, Georgia, and Dallas
- Barn Cats: Maisy and Daisy
When we're not tending to our animals, you can find us camping, boating, riding ATVs,, traveling, reading, or spending time with family and friends. We truly believe that life on the farm is a journey, and we’re so grateful to have you along for the ride.
