Enjoy one-on-one time with our Adult Highlands in this small-group, personalized visit — perfect for families, couples, or anyone who loves fuzzy cow friends!
What’s Included:
- Guided meet-and-greet through the fence (they’ll happily take cookies from your hand!)
- Fun facts & plenty of photo ops
- Learn about cow care & ask as many questions as you’d like
- Treats provided (Animal Crackers, Fig Newtons, Farmhouse Treats & fruit!)
- Souvenirs available — Highland & Longhorn stuffies to take home

Our Story
About Us
Welcome to A & S Highlands! We’re Andrew and Shaina Coleman, the proud owners and the caretakers of our beloved Highland cows: Darcy, Daphne, Darla, Dolly and Willie.
Our journey into the world of Highland cattle began in July 2023, but it’s a dream we’ve both shared for years. As animal lovers, we’re beyond excited to finally bring this vision to life and share it with you.
A bit about us:
- Andrew: A Delaware Valley University graduate with a degree in Agribusiness, Andrew is deeply rooted in farming. He’s the co-owner of Coleman Hay Farms alongside his brother, and also runs his own contracting business.
- Shaina: With a Bachelor’s in Animal Science and an MBA in business both from Delaware Valley University, Shaina has a strong background in both the animal industry and business. She works full-time for Merck, while also lending her expertise as a part-time Veterinary Manager and Vet Assistant.
Beyond the farm, we’re passionate about our growing family of animals:
- Highland Cows: Darcy, Daphne, Darla, Dolly and Willie
- Nigerian Dwarf Goats: Nellie, Millie, Fae, and Fiona
- Our Dogs: Harley, Georgia, and Dallas
- Barn Cats: Maisy and Daisy
When we're not tending to our animals, you can find us camping, boating, riding ATVs,, traveling, reading, or spending time with family and friends. We truly believe that life on the farm is a journey, and we’re so grateful to have you along for the ride.

Our Next Adventure
Many of you may remember the Milkhouse Market on Sellersville Road in Chalfont — and were just as sad as we were to see it close a few years ago. With our family’s deep love for agriculture and farming, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity when it came along!
We’re happy to introduce the next chapter for this special place: Coleman’s Farm on the Bend, owned by first-generation farmers Andrew and Shaina Coleman.
We're excited to bring life back to this beautiful property — it needs a little TLC!
Our future plans include making this the new home of A & S Highlands, and opening a Farm Market right on the property — featuring our CHF farm-raised Beef and Chicken, along with other locally produced goods! We’re so excited to make this space our own.
Don’t worry — all of our events will continue to be hosted at our main location, Coleman Hay Farms!
We aren’t open to the public just yet, but we’ll be sharing plenty of updates as we get the farm ready. We can’t wait to welcome the community as soon as we can!
